Children

Grace Community Church loves children, and we have lots of them! We want everyone of them to become followers of Jesus which is why we offer the following ministries.

Nursery (infancy-2)

Preschool class (ages 3-4)

Elementary Class A (ages 5-7)

Elementary Class B (ages 8-10)

Our nursery ministry is available to children ages infant through 2 years of age for the entire duration of the service and are cared for by a rotating pool of parents, many of which also have child in the nursery (or soon will!)

Children ages 3-10 spend the first half of the service with their parents until they are dismissed just before the sermon. All three classes use the God’s Story curriculum which aims to explain the entire history of redemption from Genesis through Revelation.  This means it goes beyond telling the stories found in the pages of Scripture, it explains how they all  fit into God’s plan to redeem sinners (young and old alike) through Jesus Christ. That is God’s Story!

All of our Children’s Ministry workers have received training on proper interaction with children and have undergone background checks to ensure the safety of all children.
